HB 285 (2026) – Interstate Compact for Athletic Trainers
 

HB 285 amends Title 24 of the Delaware Code to modify Delaware’s participation in the Interstate Compact for Athletic Trainers. This legislation allows licensed athletic trainers in participating states to practice across state lines while remaining subject to the regulatory authority and scope of practice of the state where the patient is located.
