Sussex County residents should call and write their County Council Representatives and advise them that the constituents want the Sussex County Council to challenge SB159/199 and to bring on at no cost, Attorney Jane Brady to help fight the battle. The necessary appeal must be filed by Sussex County before SB199 takes effect this coming January 31st.
