Delaware State GOP Chair, Julianne Murray, is taking on the Hunter Biden sweetheart deal, at a Wilmington courthouse this Wednesday 7/26/23. US Attorney David Weiss filed charges against Hunter Biden in June. The charges are 2 misdeamers for willfully not paying income taxes and one firearms offense. The charges were filed in Delaware, where Hunter dropped off his laptop. This is a sweetheart deal because there were numerous crimes found in the laptop, crimes of perversion and crimes of illegal international deals and political influence pedaling. And the true crime here? Is that we have a 2 tired justice system. The progressive left says no one is above the law, yet they persecute former President Trump relentlessly, and yet there are not further charges against Hunter Biden and President Joe BIden.
For willfully not paying his income taxes (on $5 million from a Ukrainian company), what Hunter's defense attorneys are calling "filing his taxes late", and a gun related charge, Hunter Biden will tender his plea on Wednesday morning in Wilmington. The Heritage Foundation has filed a FOIA requesting documents to verify that the federal US prosectuor David Weiss performed an independent investigation and that the Biden administraion did not interefere with the investigation.
The Heritage Foundation reached out to Julianne Murray, Delaware's true Attorney General, to file an amicus brief, as a friend of the court. In this case, Julianne Murray, is requesting that she be allowed to provide information that the court may not have and specifically asking the court to answer 4 questions.
1. Was the US prosecutor David Weiss' investigation truly independent.
2. Did Merrick Garland AG mislead the American public when he assured the American people that the Weiss investigation was independent.
3. Was David Weiss blocked from bringing felony charges against Hunter Biden and in the District of California, where Hunter was living at the time.
4. Did the DOJ refuse requests of David Weiss to receive special counsel status, to avoid a conflict of interest, which is the assertion of an IRS whistleblower.

So what will happen on Wednesday??
Hunter is expected to plead guilty to both charges. There is expected to be no jail time and this could wipe clean all criminal investigations against Hunter. OR if the amicus brief is acknowledged, this could lead into a whole new investigation against the Biden family and federal crime charges including accepting bribes and political influence peddling. We will see! Either way we have a strong new Delaware Republican party that is not a silent partner to the establishment DC crime machine, so please become a part of the winning team!
