38th District Republican Club: Help Us Choose Our December Dinner!

As we prepare for our December 1 Christmas meeting, we’re planning something special, and we need YOUR input before we finalize our reservation.
The owners of Mio Fratellos have offered to host our December meeting again this year and they have two dinner options for us. The first would be a scrumptiously prepared buffet featuring a prime rib carving station and elevated seasonal dishes. Or members could order off the Mio Fratellos menu ala carte. Before we confirm with Mio Fratello, we’re asking all members to vote on which option you prefer.
Option 1: Holiday Buffet Dinner - $50 per person
A festive, upscale buffet prepared just for our group, featuring:
Prime Rib Carving Station
Salmon in a Creamy Dill Sauce
Penne Pasta with Vodka Sauce & Meatballs
Creamy Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes
Grilled Asparagus
Caesar & House Salad
Bruschetta with Crostini
Artichoke & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Optional Fundraiser Contribution: $10–$20 per person to support the work of the 38th District Republican Club.
Option 2: Order Off the Menu - Price flexible
If members prefer more flexibility, you may choose to order individually from the regular menu, with no set dinner cost. Also, optional Fundraiser Contribution: $10–$20 to support the work of the 38th District Republican Club.

Special Guest Speaker
In the spirit of Christmas giving and sharing, our guest speaker for this Christmas dinner event will be the Indian River School District Assistant Superintendent, who will speak with us about the District’s student mentorship program, a valuable initiative that has largely fallen by the wayside since pre-COVID. This is an important opportunity to hear how community members can help support students in meaningful ways.
Holiday Fun: Sweaters, Silent Auction, & Karaoke!
And don't forget to don your favorite patriotic "ugly" Christmas sweater to make the evening even more festive. Prizes for table winners!
Bring a holiday Silent Auction item if you have one.
And saving the best for last, there will be Christmas Karaoke after dinner. Think of your favorite tunes and bring your singing voice!
