Early Voting Starts October 22 — Time to Rally the Troops!
The countdown is on! Early voting begins Thursday, October 22, and Election Day is November 3. We need all hands on deck to get our Republican candidates across the finish line!
If you're a voter, be a volunteer!
First Up: Pick Up Our Candidate Signs!
Stop by our 38th Headquarters and pick up candidate signs! Take as many as you feel comfortable distributing around town, in neighborhoods, and on private property with permission. If you plan to serve as a poll greeter, please pick up signs ahead of time so you are ready to go at your assigned polling location. Email me for location of HQ: info@38thdrcp.com .

Read This Before Posting Your Signs!
Delaware State Department of Transportation has a quick video guide breaking down all the roadside sign rules, right-of-way boundaries, and safety guidelines you need to know.
Quick Highlights:
Keep it off the Right-of-Way: Signs must be placed on private property with owner permission—never in the public right-of-way.
Clear Sightlines Matter: Never block drivers' lines of sight near intersections, driveways, or yield signs.
Hands Off Infrastructure: Attaching signs to utility poles, traffic control signs, or trees is strictly prohibited.
Watch the quick video to keep your campaign compliant and safe!

Make Phone Calls — From Home or Salted Vines!
Phone banking is one of the easiest ways to help get voters to the polls! You can make calls from your own home or join fellow volunteers at Salted Vines. We will put you directly in touch with Carlie Carey's campaign, which will provide the information and call lists you need. No experience? No problem! We will help you get started, with a call script and list of voters to call.
Early Voting Begins October 22 — We Need Poll Greeters!
We especially need volunteers on Thursday, October 22, the FIRST DAY of early voting! Our 38th Club will concentrate on two early voting locations: Millville Community Center and Roxana Fire Hall.
Early voting runs October 22–24 and October 26–November 1. We need poll greeters and challengers throughout early voting. Even a two-hour shift makes a difference! Please let me know which days, times, and locations you can cover.

Can you Help Put Up a Tent?
We are looking for a few good men, with a truck, and some patience. We are looking for 2 volunteers who can help our greeters set up their tents in the morning, and take them back down once it is dark, around 5pm. Pick up and drop off tents at 38th District Republican Club HQ. Email me for location: info@38thdrcp.com .
October 25 — Volunteer Prep Meeting at 38th HQ
We are planning a volunteer preparation meeting on Sunday, October 25, at 38th Headquarters (time to be confirmed, probably 3pm). This will be your opportunity to pick up volunteer packets, receive instructions, collect campaign materials, and finalize Election Day assignments. Please plan to attend if you can! Email if you can attend: info@38thdrcp.com.
November 3 — Every Polling Location Covered!
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, and our goal is to have a Republican presence at EVERY polling location in the 38th District! Polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., and we need volunteers throughout the day.
When you volunteer, please tell us where you normally vote. Ideally, you can serve at your regular polling location, making it convenient for you and helping us cover the entire district. Whether you can work a morning, afternoon, or evening shift, we need you!
Election Day War Room — Mio Fratello's, 11 a.m. Until Victory!
This is where we REALLY need our phone callers! Our 38th Election Day War Room will be operating at Mio Fratello's beginning at 11 a.m., continuing through the final push to get voters to the polls!
We will have printed voter call lists ready to go, food, refreshments, and plenty of camaraderie! Bring your cell phone, your enthusiasm, and your determination. Come for an hour or stay for the day. We will be working together, making calls, and having some fun along the way!

Let's make Election Day productive, memorable, and FUN!
Ready to Volunteer? We Need to Hear From You NOW!
Please reply to this email with your name, cell phone number, and how you can help. Let me know if you can make calls from home, Salted Vines, or our Election Day war room; which days you are available for early voting; and where you normally vote so you can volunteer at your regular polling location on November 3. Also let me know if you can attend our October 25 volunteer meeting or help distribute candidate signs.
Don't assume someone else has it covered. We need YOU!
We have worked hard to build our Republican organization in the 38th District. Now it's time to put that organization to work. Every phone call, every sign, every volunteer shift, and every vote matters.
Let's finish strong and make November 3 a day to remember!
