Sussex County Council Members Meet Tuesday 12/16/2025 re: Offshore Wind and SB159

The Sussex County Council will meet again this Tuesday 12/16/2025 to discuss whether the County should pursue legal action against the Delaware Legislature over what many view as state overreach into county authority through SB 159, the bill that shifted key permitting powers away from local government and allow foreign owned US Wind to bring offshore wind cables onto Delaware shores.
