The 38th Election War Room Is Getting Ready!

Primary Election Day is September 15th, and the Mighty 38th is getting ready!

We need volunteers throughout the 38th District and across Southern Delaware to help make Primary Election Day a success.


Already working as a poll worker? Please email us and let us know you will be serving.


Not a poll worker? Become a Poll Greeter! 

Whichever polling location you vote at, consider spending some time outside greeting your fellow Republicans as they arrive to vote. Grab a friend, neighbor, spouse, or family member and make a day of it—even one additional volunteer makes a difference.


It is always a great opportunity to meet and connect with fellow patriotic Republicans who come out to participate in our Primary Election.


EDCs: 

Please plan to help coordinate volunteers at your polling location if you are not already serving as a poll worker.


Poll Challengers 

We will also need Poll Challengers who are authorized to enter polling locations and observe the election process. Training will be provided, so please Email us if you are interested.


Election Day War Room

And, of course, the 38th Election War Room will be back!

We will need volunteers to help with phone calls and other Election Day activities. It is always a fun day as we work together, have lunch, follow voter turnout, and watch the results come in.


There are also tentative plans for a Sussex County Republican Party Election Night Watch Party, so stay tuned for more information!

Rev. Earl Cooper is a pastor, small business owner, and community leader who has spent decades serving Delaware families. Through his work creating jobs, restoring neighborhoods, and expanding opportunities for homeownership and workforce training, he has dedicated his life to strengthening communities. He's running for Congress to bring faith, integrity, and common-sense leadership to Washington. He needs your vote in the Republican Primary on September 15.
