SB 159 Update

15 Upstate Democrat Senators, including one Sussex County Democrat Senator, just gave Sussex County the Finger. Every single Delaware Democrat voted along party lines and voted to advance Senator Hansen's attack on Sussex County and override the Sussex County decision to deny the US Wind conditional use permit at the substation in Dagsboro.

Are Democrat Senators Taking Bribes?

Is it possible that Italian owned US Wind got to these Senators and made contributions to their campaigns? We believe it is! Please volunteer to look up this information and share. If anyone is up for a little research, you can probably find this out through the donor look up link, Open Secrets. Let us know what you find out! Email info@38thdrcp.com

Begin Emailing the Democrat Destroyers House Representatives

SB 159 will next go to the House for a vote. Take the time now to email every single Democrat Representative, let them know that we support the independent governance of our County Councils and that the State legislature needs to butt out!

Bring a flag or borrow one of ours - just show up!

Wear your Trump gear or anything that shows your pride in America!

Don't worry if you don't know anyone, look for Tracie or Tony.

After the rally we will be headed to Crabby Dicks.

IRSD Referendum June 5 FAILED to Pass

The Indian River School District's June 5 referendum, which cost over $104,000 for two referendums, failed to pass by a wider margin than the March 2025 referendum. The community has made it clear that they do not support an increase in taxes and spending, especially when we already spend $21,000 per student in the IRSD, and student performance is abysmal. To stay involved in holding the IRSD accountable, consider joining the 38th IRSD Finance Team or applying for the IRSD Citizen Finance Oversight Committee. For more information on both, please email here.: info@38thdrcp.com.

38th Report Reporter Wanted to Cover IRSD Committee Meetings

We are also looking for a 38th Report reporter to attend the IRSD committee meetings, which are open to the public. They occur every second Tuesday of the month and include:

Policy Committee 4pm

Curriculum Committee 4:30pm

Building and Grounds Committee 5:00pm

Finance Committee 6:00pm

No prior experience is necessary, just your curiosity and commitment to the truth. For more information, please email here.: info@38thdrcp.com

DE GOP Convention

Thank you, Delegates, for dedicating your time to join the 2025 DE GOP Convention. It was a wonderful weekend of connecting with our fellow patriotic Republicans throughout the State. We particularly enjoyed seeing the delegates embrace the spirit of the event, from the Colonial Region in their colonial outfits, with Vice Chair Jim Weldin donning a kilt and colonial wig, to the Western Region in their perfectly coordinated western attire, and Sussex County's Patriots in Paradise ensemble.

The keynote speaker, Rick Santorum, gave an energizing speech about how a minority party CAN win a state and how Pennsylvania did exactly that!

Our the DE GOP Executive officers were re-elected by 100% acclaim, how's that for unity! Over the weekend, two other states also held their conventions, and all three elected MAGA candidates who support President Trump. Welcome to the new, energized, bold, MAGA Republican party! This was of such note, that even President Trump sent DE GOP his approval of the re-election of Chair Julianne Murray with a PERSONAL phone call to Julianne! Well done, and we look forward to seeing what you do next, Team DE GOP!! Photos below of the DE GOP Friday evening and Saturday convention events:
