This morning at 9:00 AM, oral arguments will be heard in the legal challenge involving DNREC and permits issued for the US Wind offshore wind project.

The case involves actions taken by DNREC under former Secretary Shawn Garvin related to the US Wind permits.


Please note: This is a judicial proceeding. Members of the public may observe, but public comments will not be accepted. Please keep your microphone muted when joining.

Dinner is $30 per person plus gratuity.
