Over 100 at Harpoon Hanna’s — Now Let’s Show Up for Carlie Carey!
What a night! More than 100 people joined the 38th District Republican Club at Harpoon Hanna’s for an evening of great conversation, thoughtful questions, and a look at the important races and issues ahead. And thank you members for your donations and for the wonderful silent auction items in support of our mission!
We enjoyed an engaging conversation with Dr. Andrew Cottone about bringing new industry and economic opportunity to Sussex County, while Dr. Mike Katz took some hard questions from the audience about his race and the issues facing Delaware. Sussex County Council President Doug Hudson shared his perspective on the long-term planning underway in Sussex County, and we heard from Rep. Ron Gray as he approaches the end of 14 years representing the 38th District, for which the people in the 38th are very grateful for! We were also pleased to welcome Mike Ramone, candidate for Delaware State Treasurer. Joe Arminio had hoped to join us by Zoom but unfortunately was unable to connect.
And we are doing much more than holding meetings. The 38th PAC has developed a strategic plan to put our resources to work supporting candidates—not only here in the 38th District and Southern Delaware, but in important races across the state!
