The Court of Chancery decision does not have to be the final word—but time is limited. If Sussex County does not act, the opportunity is lost. That’s why tonight we will organize our members to directly contact Council and make it clear: this decision must be appealed.


New SB 9 Wetlands Bill Designed to Fast-Track Offshore Wind Infrastructure

Delaware GOP Convention – April 24–25 at Bally’s Dover
Delaware Republicans will gather April 24–25 at Bally’s Dover Resort for the Delaware Republican Party’s annual Dinner and State Convention as part of the America 250 celebration.
